What is Insurance Quotes Cloud?
Insurance Quotes Cloud is a subscription-based insurance quote software service for Canadian insurance advisors. Its private dashboard helps advisors run supported insurance quotes, review individual company benefit summaries, choose quotes in a basket and prepare email or text messages. Website integration plans are available separately.
How much does professional quote access cost?
Private access starts at $9.99 CAD per month for a 100 quote-code allowance. Other private plans are $19.99 for 250 codes, $29.99 for 500 codes and $49.99 for 1,000 codes each month. All prices are recurring monthly subscription fees, plus applicable taxes.
Do I need my own website to subscribe?
No. The four private-access plans work as a professional quoting dashboard without a website. If you already have an advisor website, the Website Lite and Website Plus integration subscriptions offer additional options.
Can I view the benefits of different insurance company plans?
You can open each available insurer's individual benefits summary in private access. This is not a side-by-side comparison of plan benefits. Always read the insurer's current policy wording for coverage terms, conditions, eligibility and exclusions.
How does the quote basket work?
After generating quotes, an advisor can select individual company quotations and add them to a basket. The basket helps prepare a chosen set of options for a client-facing email or text message.
Does the private system send emails or text messages automatically?
No. The private quoting system provides a built-in email composer and text composer. They prepare copy-ready content that the advisor copies and pastes into an email or messaging application. Advanced shareable links are separate website-plan capabilities.
Can clients purchase insurance directly from my website?
Website Lite does not include a buy-online feature. Website Plus can include eligible buy-online options, where supported and configured. Availability can depend on the insurance product and integration arrangements.
Can you build a new insurance advisor website for me?
Website design and development can be discussed separately. The $75.99 and $100.99 monthly prices are website software integration subscriptions, not an all-inclusive price to design a brand-new website. Any website development charges would be quoted separately.
How does monthly subscription billing work?
Plan prices are quoted as monthly recurring charges, plus applicable taxes. Payment setup and ongoing collection must be completed through the subscription billing system during onboarding. Confirm renewal, cancellation and other terms before activating a plan.
